Bryn Mawr-Skyway Highlights
If your travels with Limo Bus Seattle bring you to the Bryn-Mawr Skyway area, there are a few places that we would recommend most highly to you. One is Rookies Sports Bar and Grill for that laid back and low-key sports bar experience that you are after. Another is called A Terrible Beauty and it's an Irish pub where you'll really enjoy some delicious food and drink while watching the game. Georgetown Liquor Company is a jack of all trades and you'll have to read the review below to find out why we say so! Bahama Breeze is a chain restaurant but one that we approve of very highly. Always excellent experiences at all of these!
Rookies Sports Bar & Grill
If your Limo Bus Seattle travels in the Bryn-Mawr Skyway area call for a great sports bar experience, you can find it at Rookies Sports Bar & Grill at 3820 South Ferdinand Street. This is by far one of the best places to watch the game because there are so many huge televisions and all within viewing distance of any seat in the place. They have the best stadium pretzels around, plus yummy sliders, delish waffle fries, and perfectly cooked burgers that are juicy and piled high with lots of fresh toppings. The music that they play here is always so good and it's just such a fun and festive atmosphere. Open til 12 most nights and until 10 on Sunday nights.
A Terrible Beauty
When an Irish pub in the Bryn-Mawr Skyway area is what you're after when with Limo Bus Seattle, try A Terrible Beauty at 201 Williams Avenue South. This is a really spacious place that is just right for your Limo Bus Seattle groups, and you can dine in the very large yet cozy dining area, and then head over into their equally spacious bar area where the bartenders are mixing up the best cocktails in town. Our favorite appetizer here is the bangers and chili-marinated shrimp. Oh, how we could go on and on about those shrimp and bangers! So good. There's sensational live music here too. Open til 9 Sun-Mon, til 10 Tue-Thu, and til 11 Fri-Sat.
Georgetown Liquor Company
At 5501 Airport Way South, you'll find Georgetown Liquor Company. Above, we described this Bryn-Mawr Skyway gem as a jack of all trades, and that's because it's one of the most eclectic places that you will ever visit! It's a vegetarian bar fare type of establishment, and it's really in a league of its own. Breakfast and brunch are absolutely exceptional here. We love the spicy bloody marys and the delicious bean dip. Though the menu is vegetarian, there are a lot of items that can be made vegan if you prefer that. They are open from 11-2 Monday-Friday, and 10-2 Saturday and Sunday. Nothing like a vegan haven that's open til 2am, right? Love it!
Bahama Breeze
At 15700 Southcenter Parkway, Bahama Breeze can be found, and though this is a chain establishment, Limo Bus Seattle really recommends it very highly due to the quality, consistency, and the cool experience. You really do feel like you're dining in a Bahamian restaurant and the food is just too delicious! The Cuban sandwich is always delish, and the pastas are just excellent. IF you like coconut s shrimp, theirs is irresistible. The fish tacos are always good too, and we love anything with ahi tuna included! The jerk chicken pasta and buttermilk fried chicken sliders come highly recommended too! Open til 11:30 most nights and til midnight Fri-Sat!
