Frequently asked questions
If you have questions, we'd simply love to hear it! No matter how trivial you think it might be, you can rest assured that your query is very important to us. You'll find that our operators are standing by each and every hour of every day of the year. Why are we so available to you? Well, since our vehicles will run on any time or day of the year, we feel it is only fitting that we stand ready to assist current and future customers alike. Limo Bus Seattle really does care and we want to prove it!
Our booking agents and operators do get a lot of questions thrown their way. For a bit of convenience for you, we've decided to include our most commonly asked questions about our company, our means of doing business, our vehicles, and more. So, if you have a question, we urge you to take a look and see if your question has already been addressed right here on this page! Since in our process of doing business with the people of Seattle, we have noticed that we are getting many of the very same questions from our potential clients when they're calling for the first time. To save you some time, we've gathered some of these most frequently asked questions and posted the appropriate answers right here on our site. So, without further ado, here they are:
01. What parts of the Seattle area do you service?
We've posted a
service area page for your convenience, but note that we do travel outside of that area for certain occasions. If you can't find your city on that list, give us a call and we can discuss your locations.
02. What will happen if we keep the bus longer than we expected? Will we pay additional fees?
We're happy to tell you that you will incur no additional fees for this! We love for our customers to have a great time, and we never mind you staying longer than you planned. We simply continue charging you at the same hourly rate that was agreed to during the booking process. That's it. So you can just relax and enjoy yourself.
03. What times of the year do you operate?
We operate 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. That means that you can book us for Christmas, New Year's Eve, St Patrick's Day, etc. When the other party bus companies are off on holiday, we are working hard for you! We do recommend that you give us a call at least two weeks in advance for all bookings, and for those very in-demand times of the year you may want to call a little bit sooner than that just to be certain that we're not already booked! But there are no limits to the times of the year or the hours of the day that we'll serve you.
04. Can we smoke on the bus?
We're sorry to the smokers out there, but no, you cannot smoke on our buses. We enforce a very strict no smoking policy to protect the cleanliness and integrity of the high quality furnishings and equipment on our buses, and also out of respect for our nonsmoking customers who may rent the bus after you.
05. Can we drink on the bus?
Of course you can, that's why it's called a party bus! You are welcome to bring your favorite alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on board to stock the bar. We will provide plenty of ice and plastic cups for you (glasses aren't the best idea in a moving vehicle!). We are not allowed by law to provide you with alcohol, but you are definitely welcome to bring your own.
06. Where else can I get a party bus or limo?
You are in luck because we have several companies we can refer you to. If you are in Kansas give a call to Wichita Party Bus.
07. Are we completely protected while we're on the road with Limo Bus Seattle?
We do everything in our power to ensure your protection and safety while on board any of our luxury limousines & limo buses. Our entire fleet is impaccably maintained to the fullest possible extent, and our drivers are highly trained and eminently professional in every possible way. You can rest assured in knowing that you're in good hands with our company.
08. What is a party bus?
A party bus is a vehicle that mixes the elegant design of limousines with a full-entertainment for parties. On our party buses, you'll find a bar area with coolers and stroble lights that make you feel like partying in a club. Also, you can dance on their poles or do karaoke thanks to the great sound system and HDTV.
